You'd think Men's Health Magazine would have a solid piece (or two) in an issue leading into summer--when office-prone guys like us are inundated with ads galore reminding us that "Summer's right around the corner!"...
Maybe my presumption regarding Men's Health Magazine's goals were off...here's there "Mission Statement" (pulled from Google):
"MEN'S HEALTHÂ IS THEÂ MAGAZINEÂ FOR ACTIVE, SUCCESSFUL, INTELLIGENTÂ MEN WHO WANT TO MAKE THE MOST OF THEIR PHYSICAL, PROFESSIONAL AND EMOTIONAL LIVES. WE GIVEÂ MENÂ THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO MAKE THEIR LIVES BETTER."
Anyway, Here's My Simple Summary:
The article by Richard Godwin (who writes for "Elle", "The Guardian", and "Travel + Leisure") is a featurette--short & simple.
